Free Medical: Health Wagon’s Lee County Healthy Days Returns to Pennington Gap September 24-25

Lee County Healthy Days Coming to Leeman Field RV Park

(Wise, Va.) -The Health Wagon is hosting M7 Healthy Days September 24 and 25 in Lee County. A variety of free healthcare services will be available. Our team of professionals, including Dr. Joe Smiddy, Dr. Teresa Tyson DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, FAANP and Dr. Paula Hill-Collins, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, FAANP will provide a variety of free healthcare services including pulmonology evaluations and chest X-rays as well as limited vision screenings. Eyeglasses can be made if prescription within last year.

Our medical and dental team will offer FREE dental examinations, FREE Pap smears, physical examinations, dermatology evaluations, behavioral health, pharmacy medication management, and sign-ups for insurance.

Breathing tests and Black lung tests will be provided by Stone Mountain Health Services.

ETSU Audiology will make hearing aids at low or no cost.

FREE food boxes and lots of FREE give aways, home goods, cleaning and hygiene supplies will be available on a first come first serve basis.

“We are proud to support this important event and to help bring quality, compassionate care directly to the people of Lee County,” said Dr. Teresa Tyson, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, FAANP, President and CEO of the Health Wagon. “We want to ensure that every person gets the access to the care they need, and Healthy Days gives us an opportunity to meet people where they are and make a meaningful difference.”

We are honored to be part of an effort that brings the community together and puts compassionate care within reach.”
