The Johnson City Historic Zoning Commission will hold a special called meeting for the following public hearings at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday (June 16):1. Certificate of Approval 2020-298 337 E. Main St. – Signage for Flashback Heat Vintage Clothing

2. Certificate of Approval 2020-299 513 W. Pine St. – New Fence3. Certificate of Approval 2020-300 427 W. Pine St. – Garage Demo, New Fence, Retaining Wall

4. Discussion on new accessory structure zoning code text amendment.These meetings will take place electronically, pursuant to Executive Order 34, issued by Gov. Bill Lee on May 22, 2020. There will not be a physical location in order to protect public health, safety, and welfare. Citizens may access this meeting through the same means as regular meetings, via the City’s website at www.johnsoncitytn.org/streaming.
