• Group home for Tri-Cities men in need nearly finished in Kingsport (wjhl.com) — A new Kingsport group home for Tri-Cities men with mental illness is nearly ready, offering low-cost single-room housing, utilities, and case management through the Kingsport Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Leaders say the four-bedroom home will provide a safe, supportive place to rebuild stability, and they're asking locals to donate bedroom and living room furniture to help finish furnishing the space.
