Investigators say South Pittsburg Police helped search his home, uncovering evidence that also led to charges against two co-conspirators and a pending federal case. 
• Affidavit: Ex-South Pittsburg football player was at victim's home before rape charge (newschannel9.com) — A former South Pittsburg High School football player has been charged with rape after an alleged late-June assault at a 16-year-old’s home in Marion County, according to newly released court records. Investigators say the teen victim did not consent, and the defendant’s bond hearing was recently delayed as the case proceeds in criminal court.
