City of Amarillo provides update on water conservation efforts (kcbd.com) — Amarillo officials say the city remains in Stage 1 drought restrictions, with the main reservoir at just 54% capacity and splash pads and park irrigation turned off. Residents are urged to stick to the voluntary watering schedule of no more than three days a week as the city and local school districts monitor conditions daily and aim to refill supplies.
   

2. Tascosa grad returns to Texas after brain injury in Thailand (newschannel10.com) — An Amarillo Tascosa High graduate is finally back in Texas after suffering a catastrophic brain hemorrhage during a graduation trip to Thailand, undergoing multiple surgeries and weeks on a ventilator. Her parents say she's slowly waking up and moving, now receiving intensive care and rehabilitation in Dallas. The family is closing their GoFundMe but keeping all funds for her recovery.
   

3.
