'No Threat Here At DeSoto High School:' Police
Students will be released as normal at 2:45, a police spokesman said.

DESOTO, TX — DeSoto High School was on a temporary lockdown after an unverified threat was received on Twitter Monday.
DeSoto Police Department announced the lockdown around 1:20 p.m. Monday, citing "an abundance of safety," as the reason for the lockout.
The lockout was lifted around 2:40 p.m., after police searched the building and found no threat.

No weapons were found on school grounds, a police spokesman said.
Students will be released as usual at 2:45 p.m., he said.
