Sexual Misconduct Allegations Made Against Mavericks Photographer

These allegations come after a lengthy investigation into other sexual misconduct claims against former Mavericks CEO Terdema Usser.

DALLAS, TX — A longtime Dallas Mavericks photographer has been accused of sexual misconduct by four female employees, according to the Dallas Morning News. Danny Bollinger, 50, has been with the Mavericks' marketing department for more than 18 years and has reportedly been friends with owner Mark Cuban for decades. Bollinger is accused of "making lewd comments in the workplace," among other offenses, the Morning News added.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver is aware of the new allegations, ESPN reported.

"My concern level is always extraordinarily high when you're hearing stories about any inappropriate conduct in the workplace, whether it's those allegations at the Mavericks or anywhere at our teams," Silver said, according to ESPN reported.

The allegations against Bollinger come after a seven-month independent investigation was conducted into misconduct claims made against former CEO and president Terdema Ussery, who left the team in 2015, ESPN reported. The subsequent 43-page report claim Ussery engaged in touching and forcible kissing, among other offenses.

Three of the women accusing Bollinger claim they told investigators about his behavior and were curious why their allegations were not included in the 43-page report. The Mavericks are investigating the claims against Bollinger, the Morning News added.
