Suspects sought after El Paso vape shop crash-and-grab (ktsm.com) — El Paso police and Crime Stoppers are asking for help identifying two men who crashed a stolen car into the Golden Vapor smoke shop on Dyer and stole thousands in merchandise. The early-morning July 30 burglary caused about $5,000 in damage, and tipsters can remain anonymous and may earn a cash reward by calling Crime Stoppers of El Paso or submitting information online.
   

3. Man charged with drinking while driving after off-road vehicle crash, one person seriously injured (kvia.com) — El Paso County deputies say a driver faces a DWI charge after an off-road vehicle crashed on a pedestrian-only walkway along O.T. Smith Road, seriously injuring a passenger. Investigators report the Can-Am Maverick hit a barrier, and the suspect was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility as the case continues.
   

4. UTEP School of Pharmacy welcomes 51 students during white coat ceremony (kvia.com) — Fifty-one new pharmacy students at UTEP in El Paso just donned their first white coats during a ceremony marking their entry into the Doctor of Pharmacy Class of 2030. Surrounded by family, faculty, and administrators, they pledged to uphold ethical standards and patient care, highlighting a growing pipeline of locally trained health professionals for the Borderland.
   

5. UTEP women's soccer remains unbeaten through 4 games (ktsm.com) — UTEP women's soccer is off to its best start in a decade, keeping an unbeaten record that reflects well on El Paso's hometown university. A strong defensive effort, including a shutout at Abilene Christian, has the Miners allowing just one goal through four matches.
