Police Seek Suspect In Fatal North Austin Shooting
Emilio "Lelo" Ortiz, 26, is wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of Matthew Jarrett Lee, 30, early Monday morning at 9010 Galewood Dr.
AUSTIN, TX — Police are seeking help from the public in locating a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting in North Austin this week.
The shooting on Monday just before 1 a.m. at 9010 Galewood Dr. left Matthew Jarrett Lee, 30, dead. Police now seek the suspect, Emilio "Lelo" Ortiz, 26, of whom photos were released by detectives hoping someone might recognize him and alert them as to his whereabouts.
Ortiz is believed to be in the Rundberg area. Anyone who sees him or knows where he is should call 9-1-1 or the police homicide tip line at (512) 477-3588.
