  1. Father's Day is this weekend, Sunday, June 19, and there are many things going on in town to celebrate with dad! From parades to markets and music, there's something for everyone! For a list of "11 things to do in San Antonio on Father's Day weekend" visit: (San Antonio Magazine)
  2. "Juneteenth, the anniversary of the official end of slavery," is this Sunday, June 19. To commemorate the national holiday, several events in San Antonio will celebrate with live music, health fairs and more to reflect on that special day.   3. The 13th Floor Haunted House in San Antonio, located at 1203 E Commerce St., is looking for "ghouls and goblins" and although "no acting or haunted house experience is required," applicants must love Halloween! Besides acting positions, there are also "event staff, cashiers, and make-up artist" openings available for individuals 18 and over.
