Readers Salute Veterans
Thursday was Veterans Day, and in some parts of Patchland, readers and Patch editors alike took the opportunity to thank the veterans in their lives. Through simple yet poignant words, veterans were remembered for both their service and their sacrifice.
Ami Bresson of Fairfax City, Virginia, remembers her father’s time serving in World War II as a “group effort for the common good.”
