President Trump Raises Money, Gets Hurricane Relief Briefing: White House Schedule September 26

THE PRESIDENT

In the morning, President Trump will receive his daily intelligence briefing and then meet with bipartisan representation from the House Committee on Ways and Means.

Presumably, the president will brief them on the tax plan that is scheduled to unveil on Wednesday.

Later in the morning, he will receive a briefing on hurricane recovery efforts.

In the afternoon, Trump will meet with President Mariano Rajoy of Spain, and, after a working luncheon with him, the two leaders will hold a joint press conference.

He will then head to New York to participate in a U.S. Mission greeting and then meet with the Chairwoman of the Republican National Committee.

In the evening, Trump will participate in a roundtable with RNC supporters and speak at the RNC finance dinner.

Then it's back to D.C. and the White House.

THE VICE PRESIDENT

Vice President Mike Pence heads to the Capitol to participate in the Senate Republican Policy Lunch and hold a series of meetings with lawmakers.

Later in the day, he will participate in a swearing-in ceremony for US Ambassador to Canada Kelly Knight Craft.

WHITE HOUSE DAILY BRIEFING

There is no briefing scheduled bu at 1:45 p.m. Eastern, the president has a joint press conference with the president of Spain. On days like that, there is usually no separate briefing.
