As of 4 a.m., Eastern, the White House had not released a public schedule for Pence. Presumably, he will be at the cabinet meeting.

WHITE HOUSE DAILY BRIEFING
As for 4 a.m., Eastern, the White House had not released any information about a press briefing on Wednesday. The thinness of the public schedule for the president and the lack of a briefing might have to do with the fact that they are waiting for the House of Representatives to pass the tax bill.
After that happens, there is a chance the schedule for the president will be updated.
