Dienesia Paynes, Neighbor

Dienesia Paynes is the founder of the *I Love You Foundation*, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth aging out of foster care. A survivor of the foster system herself, she started the foundation to provide the housing, resources, and love she never received. Her mission is to break the cycle of abandonment and help foster youth build stable, empowered futures.
