We would like to formally invite you to join us for our Community Missions Golf Tournament fundraiser. All proceeds will benefit the Central&nbsp;Baptist Church Local Housing Repair ministry for homeowners facing hardship.
You are invited to register to play and/or sponsor this tournament at various levels.&nbsp;
Player Registration:
4 person scramble: $300
Individual player: $75
Mulligans (Limit 2 per person): $5
or Mulligan Card: $25 (includes: 2 mulligans, 2 throws, 2 red tees *1 per person)

Check-in at 8:30am
Shotgun Start at 9:00am
Registration Fees Include: Green Fee, Cart Fee, Range Balls, Tournament Hat, and Lunch (Hamburger &amp; Hot Dog Buffet)
Contests/Prizes: 2 Flights, Individual Contests, Winners Trophies, Drawings for Prizes, $1,000 Prize for first Hole in One
