Luke started in journalism in college, first working as a reporter and editor for Santa Ana College's El Don student newspaper and then as managing editor of Chapman University's Panther student newspaper.
Luke is married and has a son. Family pets include a dog, Fritz, and a cat, Mr. Weiss, who is quite talented at rodent control. In his off time, Luke enjoys vegetable gardening, grilling and trap shooting, along with spending time with his family.
