Movement, Rhythm + Voice is a guided, holistic experience that invites the release of tension, reconnection to the body, and the awakening of joyful expression through breath, rhythm, sound, and symbolic movements. Rooted in seasonal cycles, the practice welcomes all emotions and celebrates the vitality of being alive. Repetition and rhythm support a deep, embodied experience, while live drumming grounds the journey and connects the group to a shared heartbeat. Inspired by the intercultural approaches of Katherine Dunham and Herns Duplan, the session blends accessibility, intention, and play. No prior experience is needed. This special workshop honors all mothers, on Earth and in memory, and brings all generations together in a space of connection, celebration, and shared energy. Get outside and embrace all the elements this SPRING by learning how to shoot a bow and arrow at the historic Gore Place Estate! 
Join us Sunday from 12:00 - 1:30 PM for a fun and entertaining introduction to archery and reconnect with your inner Katniss or Robin Hood.&nbsp;
All coaching and equipment is provided by our team of instructors who will have you laughing, smiling and maybe even weeping with tears of joy as you strike the bull's eye and relive all those childhood memories of archery - or create new ones for the first time.
