Coming this summer from Simply: Health Coaching—three DIY mini-programs you can work on at your own pace!

This summer, take some time to support your wellness journey in small, sustainable ways. (Honest, so simple. Because who's got time for anything else when the weather's lovely?)

Each mini-program consists of 5 online modules + a group chat where you can get extra support and camaraderie from other women on the same path.

This is not a detox, reset, a cleanse, or another plan to white-knuckle your way through; instead, it's an invitation to soften, engage your intuition, and tend to four areas of your life in a whole different way.
