ATV, Dirt Bike Riders Spotted In Rosslyn (Video)

Video shows them pulled up on the sidewalk right in the heart of Rosslyn on Sunday.

ARLINGTON, VA -- A group of ATV and dirt bike riders was spotted in Rosslyn over the weekend.

Video posted on Twitter (embedded below) by ABC 7 anchor Kimberly Suiters shows several of the riders pulled up on the sidewalk, eventually departing in the direction of the Key Bridge.

People illegally riding ATVs and dirt bikes on city streets has become a major headache for local police, who have been trying to crack down on the practice. ATVs and dirt bikes are not street legal, but police have difficulty making arrests because they travel in large groups and their vehicles make it easy for them to escape enforcement.
