ARLINGTON, VA — Police are looking for a driver who pulled up to a boy walking in the Buckingham neighborhood and asked for directions, and then punched his dashboard in anger and grabbed the boy by his shirt when he didn't get them.

Police say that at around 7:49 a.m. on Tuesday in the 4400 block of 4th Street N, "a juvenile male was walking in the area when an adult male subject in a red vehicle pulled alongside him," according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

The boy declined to answer when the man asked for directions. "The subject became angry, punched the dashboard of his vehicle and grabbed the juvenile’s shirt," the report states.
