Lady Gaga Shares Arlington School's Message of Love to Minorities
The pop superstar was evidently touched by the message from students at H-B Woodlawn.
ARLINGTON, VA — Students at H-B Woodlawn in Arlington were in for quite the shock after posting a picture of a heartfelt message to minorities around the country recently: pop superstar Lady Gaga posted it on her Instagram account.
Igor Volsky, the deputy director for the Center for American Progress Action Fund, was one of the first to share a picture of the decorated poster, which was signed by numerous students at the school.
It reads: "Dear undocumented students, in this school, there are no walls. Female students, men cannot grab you. Muslim students, you are not terrorists. Black students, your life matters. Mexican students, you are not rapists or drug dealers. LGBTQ+ students, we accept you for who you are."
