Five Firms Moving Into The Plaza @ Loudoun Tech Center

EDGE Commercial Real Estate and Aetna recently completed leases for office space for five companies at The Plaza @ Loudoun Tech Center, at 46020, 46030 and 46050 Manekin Plaza.

The new tenants include Xerox; LMD Consulting; government contractor Aeonian Group; Cognizant Technology Solutions, an information technology consulting firm; and Structural Design Associates, an engineering firm.

The transactions total 21,678 square feet at the five-building project, all leased and managed by EDGE, according to a press release from the realty firm. The Plaza @ Loudoun Tech Center is just south of Route 7, west of the Cascades Parkway and east of the Dulles Town Center.

Several more new leases are pending at the Plaza site, EDGE said in the press release.
