• Teens Injured In Loudoun E-Bike Crash Drove Into SUV: Report (patch.com) — Two 14-year-old boys were seriously hurt in an early-September e-bike crash in Ashburn after reportedly driving their electric dirt bike into the side of an SUV that had the right of way. Court filings say the bike is legally considered a motorcycle, which requires a license to operate. Both teens suffered significant injuries but were later reported in stable condition.
