Police: Bad Behavior Puts Two Behind Bars
Both suspects charged with being drunk in public: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Getting drunk and disorderly can get you thrown in jail, as two people allegedly found out Monday night, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
In one incident, police responded at about 9 p.m. Monday to the 44100 block of Ashburn Shopping Plaza for a report of an intoxicated person who was being disorderly. The subject, Jessica A. Boink, 36, of Purcellville, did not comply with a sheriff’s deputy’s commands and was taken into custody for being drunk in public, according to a police report.

As she was taken into custody, Boink became combative and at one point kicked the deputy, the report said. She also was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer.

In the second incident, deputies responded shortly after midnight Monday to the 44040 block of Riverside Parkway in Leesburg for another report of a disorderly individual. The subject, Eric C. Lally, 36, of Oakton, appeared to be intoxicated, the police report said.
As deputies were working to assist Lally, he became hostile and punched a deputy, the report said. He was taken into custody and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice and being drunk in public.
Boink and Lally were being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center in Leesburg, the sheriff’s office said.
