Police: Teen Pointed Gun at Another Teen

Incident occurred Tuesday in Ashburn, says Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Loudoun County police are investigating an incident Tuesday in which a teenager pointed a gun at another teenager on an Ashburn street.

A sheriff’s deputy learned on Wednesday that a juvenile male was approached by the juvenile suspect at about 5 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Legacy Park Drive and Livingston Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The deputy serves as a school resource officer.

The suspect asked the victim if he was interested in some marijuana. The victim said no, and the suspect pulled out a gun from his waistband and pointed it at the victim, the sheriff’s office said.

The suspect then reportedly started laughing and walked away. He was described by the sheriff’s office as a white male, 14 to 15 years old, and wearing shorts and a T-shirt.
