Weichert, Realtors' Burke Office Joins Forces With Kristi's Christmas To Bring Joy To Children And Families This Season
Local Real Estate Office To Collect Toys, Books, School Supplies And Coats Through Thursday, December 31 For Local Non-Profit Organization
With the season of giving upon us, Nickolas Brown, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Burke office, has announced that his office will be joining forces with Kristi’s Christmas, a non-profit program that is supported by the West Springfield Rotary Foundation, which is devoted to helping disadvantaged children in Fairfax County that may be overlooked by other county, state, and federal programs.
As part of the 37th Annual Weichert Toy Drive, the Weichert, Burke office, which is located at 9299 Old Keene Mill Road, will be collecting new, unwrapped toys, new and gently used children’s book and school supplies, as well as warm coats now through Thursday, December 31.
“Kristi’s Christmas was founded by our beloved Karen Brown, who unexpectedly passed away earlier this year and though she is no longer with us, we are continuing the tradition of offering our support for the organization in her memory,” said Brown. “The holidays mark a time of year when charitable and community based organizations receive their greatest demand for assistance and it is our hope through this drive that we will be able to bring joy to many deserving children and families this season.”
