• SYA Little League takes states, competes in LLWS Regionals (fairfaxtimes.com) — Centreville families have plenty to cheer about after the SYA Little League 10–12 All-Stars captured the Virginia state championship and advanced to the Southeast Regional in Georgia. Though their regional run ended early, the team's dramatic walk-off wins and the strong backing from Centreville supporters created lasting memories and showcased the community's pride in its young players.
