Woman Arrested for Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor
After a large party at her home on Feb. 25, police charged Clifton homeowner Melanie Smith, 49.

At 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, officers responded to a residence on the 1200 block of Yates Ford Road for a report of a large party at the home. Police charged homeowner Melanie Smith, 49, of Clifton with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Another party guest, Mark Hughes, 55, of Fairfax Station was also charged with drunk in public, possession of alcohol and obstruction of justice.
