Free Transition Assistance Workshop on Dec 4th
Veteran-Owned Chantilly Business Continues to Help Veterans and Transitioning Military Members
NMR Consulting in Chantilly, VA is holding its quarterly Military-to-Civilian (M2C) Transition Assistance workshop on Thursday, December 4, from 9am to 4:30pm. The goal of this free workshop is to help veterans and transitioning service members with their move into the civilian workforce. Over the course of the day, area experts will provide one-on-one help in three areas:
- Resume writing/revision
- Interviewing tips and techniques (including mock interviews)
- Social media profiles
The group of participants is kept small so that we may provide individualized attention. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided at no charge as well. At the end of the day is a Q & A panel with a group of successfully transitioned veterans, who share their transition experiences and answer questions. M2C is enjoyable as well as educational!
