Man Killed in Officer-Involved Shooting in Fredericksburg
The man shot by a Fredericksburg City Police officer during a struggle Tuesday afternoon has died, according to Virginia State Police. The man's name will not be released until next of kin has been notified. A George Mason University student has been charged with possession of bomb-making materials, according to a campus spokesman.
