Monday: Alexandria Chamber to Host Mayoral Candidates Debate

The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce is hosting a debate Monday night featuring the City of Alexandria mayoral candidates. The event will take place at 7 p.m. at George Washington Middle School, 1005 Mount Vernon Ave. in Alexandria.

Candidates in the race are former Mayor Kerry Donley, current Mayor Bill Euille and current Vice-Mayor Allison Silberberg.

The event is free and open to the public.

The Democratic primary is June 9. Monday (May 18) is the voter registration deadline for the June 9 Democratic Primary for Mayor and the Virginia House of Delegates (45th District).
