Alexandria Police Investigating Armed Robbery on Mt. Vernon Avenue
Police say three armed suspects stole a wallet from a victim.
The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a report of a robbery that occurred Saturday night in the 3800 block of Mt. Vernon Ave. An alert from police was released just before 12:45 a.m. Sunday.
Three armed suspects stole the wallet from one victim. Officials say to expect police activity in the area.
Earlier Saturday, the Alexandria Police Department was investigating a strong arm robbery that occurred at N. Payne and Wythe Streets. An adult male suspect was apprehended by officers in the area.
