In recognition of the challenges faced this year, and to bring together as many supporters as possible, the Gala will be free. This year’s theme “Families Helping Families: From Our Home to Yours” celebrates the community’s collective achievements in keeping families in the child welfare system together, meeting the basic needs of vulnerable families, and making the lives of children in foster care more normal.

The Fund is composed of volunteers who provide children with enriching opportunities, such as music, fine arts and sports lessons, yearbooks and outings. Over the last 18 months, The Fund has received an influx of referrals for families with immediate needs due to income loss. It has become more important than ever to rally around children and families by providing items that matter deeply to those in need, such as emergency beds and linens, basic housing necessities, back-to-school supplies, summer camp enrollments and more.
