Tickets for the 2016 Del Ray House & Garden Tour are on sale now at the early bird price of $20 per ticket through the end of April when they go up to $25 on May 1st.

The 11 homes on this year’s tour range from a house featured on the cover of Country Living magazine to one with a modern addition and a rooftop garden. We will revisit two homes from the 2014 tour. The “project house” will be back to show the incredible transformation of this home, and a farmhouse from the early 1900’s will be back with a newly constructed garage and guest/office suite in the backyard. The recently released Del Ray Pattern Book of residential architecture and additional information about the history of Del Ray (formerly the town of Potomac) will also be highlighted on the tour.
The tour is wonderful reflection of Del Ray’s diversity as well as an opportunity to see the work of local architects and builders and to get great ideas on paint colors, tiles, decorative hardware, bath and kitchen fixtures, and much, much more. Be sure to look out for sneak previews of the homes on DIY Del Ray.
The self-guided tour is May 7 and runs from 11:00am to 5:00pm, rain or shine.
