Embassy Tours, Heritage India Festival: DC, NoVA Weekend Events

WASHINGTON, DC — The first full weekend of May is approaching, bringing with it a variety of events in Northern Virginia and DC.

Mother's Day will be celebrated with various events, from tea to brunch. Cinco de Mayo falls on a weekday, but festivities will continue into the weekend with the Washington DC Taco Fest, On Cinco U Drinko Bar Crawl and Washington D.C. Cinco de Mayo Weekend Bar Crawl.

Other notable events include Around the World Embassy Tour, Washington Capitals vs. Florida Panthers Game 3, Flower Mart at Washington National Cathedral, Heritage India Festival, DC Funk Parade, DC Temple Open House and Broccoli City Festival.
