Estate Planning and Elder Law Practice Now Located in Del Ray
Announcement of estate planning and elder law practice moving into Del Ray.
The Law Office of Rachel Baer, a boutique estate planning and elder law practice, has relocated to the post office building on Mt. Vernon Avenue in Del Ray. The Law Office of Rachel Baer, which is woman owned and operated, opened in 2012 just outside of Old Town. Ms. Baer is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Del Ray Business Association.
Ms. Baer is excited to move her practice to Del Ray. She and her husband recently purchased a home nearby because they appreciate the community atmosphere. Ms. Baer believes her estate planning and elder law practice will provide valuable services in the Del Ray and surrounding communities. “Estate planning is not just for people facing retirement. It’s for young parents who want to have a plan in place to provide for their children, and for people who want to choose someone they trust to make their medical or financial decisions in times of crisis.” Likewise, the elder law practice will provide important resources for aging members of the community and their families.
Ms. Baer plans to offer free informational seminars in the upcoming months that will cover topics such as: helping your parents plan for the aging process; coordinating life insurance and retirement accounts with your estate plan; and estate planning for single parents. To request information about any of her upcoming seminars or to schedule a consultation, email Info@RBaerLaw.com.
