Get Ready Del Ray: Snowball Fight on Sunday
You might be ready to get out of the house by Sunday -- how about a friendly neighborhood snowball fight?
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The groceries are purchased, the prescriptions filled, the car gassed up (why, we’re not sure, since no one is going anywhere anytime soon, we hope).
It’s time to hunker down for what weather forecasters say will be more than 24 hours of falling snow and up to 40 MPH winds across the DC metro area.

Come Sunday, we’ll see how much snow fell and come out and play: A snowball fight is set for 11 a.m. in Del Ray, at Colesanto Park, at Mount Vernon and Commonwealth avenues.
