Hunt Is On for Scottie Dogs in Alexandria
If you find one, you'll be entitled to a gift certificate to a local boutique, restaurant or event tix.
Have you found a Scottie dog in Alexandria? Starting over the weekend, Visit Alexandria has hidden 20 stuffed animal Scottie dogs leading up to Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, throughout Old Town and Del Ray.
Each dog will entitle the finder to a prize, which may be a gift certificate to a local boutique,restaurant, or event tickets. Prizes can be claimed at the Alexandria Visitors Center, 221 King St.
Participants in the hunt are encouraged to use the hashtags#ALXscottie and #ExtraordinaryALX.
