Missing Toddlers Sought From Alexandria: Police
Police are seeking two twin girls who were last seen with a parent who does not have custody.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Alexandria Police are searching for two missing toddlers.
The 2-year-old twin girls, Mariah and Bailey Fostion, were last seen on Aug. 29. They were with John Gaddy III, a parent who does not have custody.
Bailee is described as 33 inches, 25 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a skin discoloration on the scalp. Mariah is described as 36 inches and 27 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a skin discoloration on both legs.

Gaddy III is known to frequent places in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania. Police have released a photo of Gaddy III.
