Oakville Triangle/Route 1 Corridor Planning Process Update

The Draft Oakville Triangle/Route 1 Corridor Vision Plan and Urban Design Standards & Guidelines will be presented at the Planning Commission Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 6th at 7:00pm – Council Chamber, City Hall, 301 King Street. The Planning Commission will consider requests for (A) the initiation of a Master Plan Amendment, and (B) an amendment to the Potomac West Small Area Plan chapter of the Master Plan to incorporate the Oakville Triangle/Route 1 Corridor Vision Plan and Urban Design Standards & Guidelines.

The Draft Plan, staff report and supporting documents can be viewed on the docket website. Community members are encouraged to attend the hearing and will have the opportunity to provide feedback.
