Police Investigating Robbery at Gunpoint

The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a robbery that took place early Sunday at Mt. Vernon Avenue and Glebe Road, according to an alert sent out at 2:31a.m. Sunday by police.

Three suspects robbed one victim, and one of the suspects brandished a handgun during the robbery, according to police. No one was injured, police said.

Police did not provide a description of the suspects.
