Shake Shack Coming to Pentagon City Mall: Report
ARLnow reports the popular eatery is headed to the shopping center.

Shake Shack, a New York-based chain restaurant with a cult following, will be opening its doors at Pentagon City shopping center, according to a report by ARLnow and Washingtonian today.
The popular eatery opened its first location at Tysons Corner Center. The restaurant describes itself as “a modern day ‘roadside’ burger stand serving the most delicious burgers, fries, hot dogs, frozen custard, beer, wine and more!” Its burgers, they say, are “100% all-natural Angus beef, vegetarian fed, humanely raised and source verified. No hormones or antibiotics – EVER.” The restaurant also recently added a chicken sandwich to its menu. You can read Yelp reviews of the Tysons location here.
ARLnow points out that permit applications filed with Arlington County show that Shake Shack will have an outdoor patio meaning it will likely be part of the expansion currently going on at the front of the shopping center on S. Hayes Street.
