Stolen Mountain Bike- $1000 Reward

I am offering a $1000 reward for the safe (undamaged) return of my Intense 6.6 Mountain Bike. I had the bike built and shipped to me while serving in Afghanistan in 2006, so it has tremendous sentimental value to me in addition to being a really great bike. The picture doesn’t show the new Fox Float X rear shock, but everything else is accurate.

The lock was cut and the bike was stolen from the P1 level of Del Ray Central Apartments (3051 Mt Vernon Ave) between the hours of 3pm Saturday, September 12th and 9am Sunday, September 13th. Video surveillance shows somebody leaving on a bike around 6:20 Sunday morning, but I wasn’t allow to view the footage to identify the bike. I’ve attempted to post reward signs around Del Ray Central Apartments, but management took them down as soon as they say them.

Please let me know if you have any information about this crime. If you see the bike, please call the Alexandria Police Department at 703-746-4444 and report it. Make sure you leave your contact information with them to claim the reward if the bike is recovered.
