Trendy Item to Be Offered at Alexandria Eatery
Haute Dogs and Fries will serve up their version of bone broth, a staple in Paleo diet.

Eater DC calls it “uber trendy” on menus, if you can find it. What is it? Bone broth.

You can find it at two restaurants in DC and now, according to the foodie news site, an eatery in Alexandria.
Eater DC says that Haute Dogs and Fries, located at 610 Montgomery St. in Old Town, is partnering with Fields of Anthenry Farm to sell their version of the dish. It’s enhanced with cider vinegar and other spices, Eater reports.

The farm is located in Purcelleville, where Haute Dogs has another location.
The trendy item hasn’t popped up yet on the Haute Dogs online menu.
