Forum Thursday for Alexandria City Council Candidates

Election Day will be here Tuesday, Nov. 3. Voters will choose among 11 candidates for the six spots on the Alexandria City Council. Six Democrats, four Republicans and one Independent are running for office.

You can still hear from the candidates this week:

• Thursday, Oct. 8, 7-9 p.m. at George Washington Middle School, 1005 Mt. Vernon Ave., sponsored by the Taylor Run Civic Association and Clover-College Park Civic Association.
