This map depicts the easy walking distance radius around the proposed METRO rail project which includes thousands of homes in the adjoining Potomac Greens and Del Ray subdivisions and demonstrates the unfair singling-out of a few hundred homes in Potomac Yard which are no closer and in some cases farther than homes excluded from the excessive taxation burden of the so called Special Tax District.
