The Boulevard Post Acute in Fairfax has earned consecutive-year national recognition as a Best Nursing Home by U.S. News & World Report. The 81-bed skilled nursing center was rated in 2026 as high performing for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

“When making key decisions on care, seniors and their families often look to the U.S. News annual list, relying on its thorough, data-driven analysis,” said Megan Shilling, regional vice president of market development – Virginia, at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports the center. “The Boulevard is well deserving of this consecutive-year recognition. It is a true testament to the skill, dedication and compassion of the center’s talented team.”
