The Boulevard Post Acute in Fairfax Featured in National American Health Care Association ‘Live Fully’ Ad
Run Coincides with Commitment to Quality Award Achievement

The Boulevard Post Acute in Fairfax and its director of nursing, Kerri Mai, are featured in a new ad from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The skilled nursing center this spring also achieved AHCA/NCAL’s prestigious Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award for its dedication to improving the lives of residents.
The nation’s largest industry association, AHCA/NCAL represents more than 15,000 long term care facilities that provide care to approximately 5 million people each year. The workforce-centered ad, called “Kerri,” is the newest in AHCA/NCAL’s “Live Fully” campaign, which is aimed at illustrating the essential role long term care plays in the nation’s health care system and the lives of millions of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
AHCA/NCAL’s “Live Fully” campaign launched earlier this year, with the Kerri ad currently running across Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. Learn more about the campaign at livefullyltc.com. Watch the “Kerri” ad here.

The Bronze award distinction is the first of three progressive award levels through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. The rigorous three-level process reviews and evaluates skilled nursing and assisted living organizations against a set of nationally recognized standards for excellence. The framework helps providers achieve superior performance over time, ultimately enhancing the quality of care and quality of life for long term care residents. The journey begins at the Bronze level, with the development of an organizational profile outlining key elements such as vision, mission, customer base, and core strengths and challenges.
