2 Assault Charges Filed Against Herndon Man In Fairfax City

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police arrested a Herndon man Saturday in connection with two physical assaults, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 11:40 a.m. to the 9400 block of Fairfax Boulevard for the report of an assault. The person who summoned police reported they had been physically assaulted two separate times by someone with whom they had a relationship. An investigation revealed that the victim had suffered injuries during both assaults.

After obtaining warrants from the magistrate's office, city police officers arrested Noe Dejesus Aleman, 26, of Herndon around 6:20 p.m. They Charged him with two counts of assault and battery, as well as prevent a person from summoning law enforcement. Aleman was released on an unsecured bond.
