2 Charged With Trespassing At Fairfax City Businesses: Police
City of Fairfax Police arrested two people for trespassing at city business in two recent, unrelated incidents.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police charged two people for trespassing at city businesses between Feb. 27 and March 28, according to the weekly crime report. Both cases are unrelated.
In the first incident, police were called to the 7-Eleven located at 3910 University Drive around 11 p.m. on Feb. 28 for the report of a man leaving the store with food and alcohol without paying, according to police.
The officers located 38-year-old Joseph Stinson of no fixed address nearby. Investigating further, police determined that Stinson was violating an active trespassing order for the 7-Eleven.

Taking Stinson into custody, the officers transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they charged him with concealment and trespass, according to police. He was then held on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
In the second incident, police were called around 9:49 p.m., on March 2, to the Crazy Crab restaurant located at 10160 Fairfax Blvd. for the report of a woman trespassing. The officers learned that the woman, who was intoxicated, had trespassed on the property earlier that evening, according to the report.

The officers found 53-year-old Michelle Feldbauer of no fixed address nearby and took her into custody. She was taken to the Fairfax ADC and charged her with trespass and drunk in public. Feldbauer was detained without bond, according to police.
